It is our proposition at Grayrock that in order to be agile you must create a work environment that is social: work is social. In order to achieve this environment you must create standards to people’s behavior: behaviors lead results? Moreover our behavior is how we think and this is the key to changing the behavior, changing the culture, and achieving a maximally collaborative work environment that achieves results fast no matter what the economic environment: our behaviors are governed by our thinking. Do you agree with the evidence we present or disagree? This is the subject of this blog and in this blog we will be talk about and present what is in the book “You Have a DAM Problem.”
This video explains what we feel are the problematic behaviors sabotaging a company from being agile. Do you agree?
